Shipping Policy

We try to ship our products as early as possible but since everything is handmade we take a 3-14 day safe timeline for delivery on all our products. If the product is in stock (which you’ll be able to see mentioned next to the product on their individual product page) the delivery timeline will be shorter and can reach you as early as the next business day.

For custom orders, the shipping & delivery time will be mentioned in the emails exchanged between us and the client as they will involve discussions around the design, medium, size etc. since they’ll be on order. If you’d like to customize an artwork please email culturechauraha@gmail.com

A single flat rate of INR 100 will be applied for all orders below INR 1000. All orders above INR 1000 qualify for free shipping.

We are shipping all over India. Currently we are not shipping internationally, as soon as we are able to, this section will be updated.

Returns and Exchanges

At this point we are unable to offer a return or exchange of a product once shipped and delivered safely. So please check all the parameters and write to us at culturechauraha@gmail.com incase of any query related to a product before placing the order.

In case the product is damaged or broken when delivered, the product will be returned/exchanged free of charge. For a damaged/broken product to be returned/exchanged we have to be notified within 12 hours of delivery at culturechauraha@gmail.com along with supporting images/documents for the request to be processed.
